Voss Brothers Lofts offers warehouse-loft apartments with characteristic exposed brick and duct work. The lofts feature twenty unique floor plans comprised of 2 studios, 11 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom units. One of the significant design aspects of the project includes an atrium with skylights constructed in the center of the building. The atrium provides natural lighting and a sense of openness to each of the units. Eight of the apartments are market-rate. The remaining units are based on income. Tenant pays gas and electric.
