CHP is adding new investments to the Rock Island community and restoring hope and equal opportunities for all city residents while enhancing and supporting the rich diversity of the area.
To date, CHP has invested $80 million in the construction, development, redevelopment and renovation of for-sale and rental apartments, townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes within the city of Rock Island.
CHP provides fair and equitable treatment of all persons and firms that are involved in providing a product or service.
CHP evaluates all quotations, proposals and bids based on project specifications and relevant laws. Projects are awarded to responsive and responsible providers whose price, qualifications, and other factors (if applicable) are considered advantageous for our residents and the communities we serve.
